GAP Process

Where we are versus where we must be for certification. We offer a GAP analysis for food processing companies. The GAP analysis is basically a 1-day audit on a plant whose management is considering a Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP)/HACCP plan but do not know where to start or what it would cost.

Firstly, we analyse the plant procedures to see where you are today.
Secondly, we write up a comprehensive report as to what must be done to be certified. Thirdly, we would
give a quotation for the cost of a custom GMP/HACCP which includes the official audit and a certificate.
